Frequently Asked Questions

Q. I am nervous, will I be able to experience the regression?

It is understandable to have this concern especially if you have never experienced a regression. The good news is that there is no right or wrong way for a regression to unfold. Every person experiences hypnosis and regression differently. Some people receive vivid images, while others experience emotions, thoughts, sensations, memories, or simply a quiet knowing. Your experience is unique to you and exactly what your subconscious mind is ready to share.

The most important thing is to remain open, curious, and free of expectations. Trust the process and allow your experience to unfold naturally. Your subconscious mind will guide you to the information that is most meaningful and beneficial for you at this point in your journey.

Q: I'm not sure if I can go under hypnosis.

Hypnosis is a natural state that most people experience every day. In hypnotherapy, this relaxed state is used to help you turn your attention inward and become more open to exploring thoughts, memories, emotions, and insights that may emerge. Rather than being unconscious or “under someone’s control,” hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation and focused awareness. It is very similar to the peaceful feeling you experience just before you fall asleep or just after you wake up, when your body is deeply relaxed but you are still aware of your surroundings.

Throughout the hypnotherapy session, you remain aware and in control and can hear my voice the entire time. You are always free to speak, ask questions, or end the session if you choose. My role is to gently guide you into a relaxed, inward-focused state where you can more easily access the memories, insights, and experiences that are ready to emerge.

The key is not trying to “make” hypnosis happen, but simply allowing yourself to relax and trust the process. Most clients are pleasantly surprised by how natural and comfortable the hypnotherapy experience feels.

Q: I'm afraid I'll discover that I wasn't a good person in a past life.

A regression is not about judgment or labeling anyone as "good" or "bad." Instead, it is an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of your soul's journey and the lessons that have shaped your growth over many lifetimes.

Many people who believe in spirit guides find comfort in the idea that they are lovingly supported throughout the process. The intention of the regression is to explore the past life that is most relevant to your current life and that can provide the greatest insight, healing, or understanding for where you are today.

Even when a past life includes difficult experiences or choices, the purpose is never to judge or punish. Instead, it is to understand, learn, heal, and grow with greater compassion for yourself and others.

Regression is a gentle, loving process. Whatever unfolds does so in a way that supports your highest good and offers the opportunity to gain the insights your soul is ready to receive.

Q. Will I be able to remember the experience?

The answer is yes. A past life regression is a deeply relaxed state of focused awareness—not sleep or unconsciousness. Most clients remember their experience clearly, much like recalling a vivid dream or meaningful meditation. In fact, many people are surprised by just how much they remember.

It is also very common for additional memories, insights, or connections to continue unfolding in the hours and days after your session. As your mind has time to process the experience, new understanding often emerges naturally.

To support this integration, you will receive a complete audio recording of your regression so you can revisit the experience whenever you wish. You will also receive a personalized written summary highlighting the key events, messages, and themes from your session. Together, these resources allow you to reflect on your journey, deepen your understanding, and return to the wisdom of your experience whenever you feel called to do so.
